My name is Franco D’Agostino and I come from Italy. I specialize in sourdough products such as pizza romana, pizza classica, pizza napoletana, bread and focaccia. Born in Palermo, Sicily, I developed a great love for seafood. My passions are cooking, culture and organic farming.
As a pizzaiolo in Sicily, I had a passion for growing fresh seasonal produce for the kitchen. Seeing happy customers enjoying my food gives me great satisfaction.
After working in Italy, Spain, Germany and England, I came to the Netherlands in 2018. Initially, I planned to stay temporarily, but due to various circumstances, including COVID, I decided to stay here.
Our team is 100% Italian chefs and pizzaioli. We do not work with students or people with short training courses. For any catering or service, there is always an Italian chef or pizzaiolo present to make your dinner unforgettable in true Italian style.
