All agreements entered into by Franco Masella Catering are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH). These can be consulted at: https://www.khn.nl/tools/uniforme-voorwaarden-horeca-engels. In clarification and supplementation of the UVH, the following terms and conditions apply. By accepting an offer via email, the client also agrees to these general terms and conditions.
1. Payment
Unless otherwise stated in the offer:
Deposit: 25% of the total agreed amount must be paid as a deposit upon conclusion of the agreement.
Final Invoice: 75% of the total agreed amount will be invoiced after completion of the assignment, deducting the deposit already paid. Payment term: no later than 14 days after the invoice date.
Collection Costs: Any costs incurred by Franco Masella Catering for the collection of outstanding amounts are fully payable by the client.
2. Permits
If the execution of the agreement requires permission or a permit from third parties, the client is responsible for obtaining such permission in a timely manner and at their own expense. Proof of permission must be provided to Franco Masella Catering in writing. Failure to obtain the necessary permissions is entirely at the client’s risk.
3. Cancellation
If the client fully or partially cancels an agreement, the following cancellation fees apply, calculated based on the total amount of the agreement:
More than 20 days before the reserved date: 0%
More than 3 up to and including 20 days before the reserved date: 25%
3 days or less before the reserved date: 75%
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: [email protected]. The date of receipt of the email will be used to determine the applicable cancellation fee.
4. Change in Number of Guests
If the actual number of guests on the day of execution exceeds the number stated in the offer, an additional charge of €30 per extra guest will be applied.
