Workshop 1:<\/h3>\n

Masterclass Italian pizza – start<\/strong>\"\"
\nBecome a pizzaiolo for a day! Experience and learn how to roll out, season, top, and bake the perfect pizza. All ingredients are pre-prepared, so after a brief introduction, you can start right away. Don\u2019t worry, rolling out a pizza is easy and fun, and mistakes are no problem.<\/p>\n

After preparing, topping, and baking your pizza, enjoy eating it to finish off the session.<\/p>\n

The workshop lasts about 2 hours and promises to be 2 hours of pure enjoyment with an authentic experienced Italian pizza maker .<\/p>\n

Workshop 2:<\/h3>\n

Masterclass Italian pizza – pro<\/strong>\"\"This is a complete workshop where, in addition to rolling, topping, and baking your pizza, you’ll also learn how to make dough and understand the rising process. Due to the rising time, we will bring pre-made dough to make the pizzas.In this workshop, we delve deeper into the technical side of pizza making. You’ll discover the secrets of great pizza dough, with information about flour, flour hydration, and the salt and oil to use.<\/p>\n

Prepare for a messy apron, sticky hands, and lots of laughter. You’ll work and knead the dough yourself. We start by making the dough, then roll out the pizza, season it, bake it, and of course, eat it. Everyone gets to enjoy the pizza they prepared.<\/p>\n
